Support high school chemistry educators
ChemEd is the largest conference in North America for high school chemistry teachers. In the summer of 2023, we plan to host 500+ teachers at the University of Guelph, Ontario, for 5 days. It is a special year for ChemEd because we will be celebrating its 50th anniversary.
The ChemEd 2023 conference provides chemistry educators an opportunity to share their teaching experiences, classroom innovations, and laboratory experiments. Sponsors and exhibitors are presented with a unique opportunity to reach this large number of influential chemistry teaching professionals. A ChemEd conference can draw 400–700 engaged chemistry educators together. ChemEd 2019 welcomed over 700 educators! The Best of ChemEd 2021 was virtual and was attended by over 1,000 educators from 54 different countries!
We are seeking conference sponsorship to keep registration costs low. Many school boards have limited professional development funds; it is not unusual for teachers who attend and present at this 5-day summer conference to do so without any financial assistance for travel, accommodation, or registration. The support of sponsors makes ChemEd 2023 not only possible but affordable.
We have several sponsorship opportunities to meet your organization’s needs for engagement and recognition. Sponsors will benefit from having their company/ organization logos identified in all conference communications and publications. Our goal is to ensure educators learn of the resources available from your company, as well as your generous support.
