If you are staying on campus, you go to the residence to check in to your rooms.
Single/Double bookings will be housed in the Lennox Addington Residence. The check in/out desk is located on the main floor of Lennox/Addington Hall. The L/A residence desk will be open 11:00am-7:00pm 7 days a week. If you arriving outside of the desk hours, please email eventreg@uoguelph.ca to request a special check-in. Overnight parking for Lennox Addington is located in lot P19.
Townhouse bookings will be housed in the East Village Townhouses. The check in/out desk located on the main floor of East Town Hall. Overnight parking for the townhouses is located in lot P14/15.
East Town Hall will serve as the 24-Hour desk for both locations. The desk phone number is 519-824-4120 ext. 58124
